Hey everyone! 馃専

I’m back after some travels! For today I wanted to ask if you have ever thought about where we are heading with AI and tech shaking up our work lives? Well, at the start of the pandemics, i stumbled upon something pretty cool, these days I thought about it a bit, and have decided to share this with you all. So McKinsey & Company has done such a dive into how AI is really flipping the script on what workdays look like. It’s sort of like getting a crystal ball view into what’s coming next for your career and industry. And guess what?

It鈥檚 not all about robots taking over our jobs; it鈥檚 actually super positive and all about growth. 馃殌
Here鈥檚 the scoop on the skills that they think are about to become our new best friends:
聽
Being Tech-savvy: It’s all about teaming up with AI to get more creative and efficient. Just imagine if your brainstorming buddy was a robot! (kind of what we do today with ChatGPT, Gemini or others)
聽
Emotional Smarts: Where technology takes over all the nitty-gritty of accuracy and precision, our superpower lies in human sensitivity, empathy, and candor, just like Gary Vaynerchuk always preaches about.
聽
Be Always Curious: The world moves pretty fast; if you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I mean, that kind of thinking always made a lot of sense to me, but I understand how it can scare a lot of people, specially in developing countries were we get the tech always a bit later. It’s as though we are all entering into this marvelous future where one gets to grow and learn how to work in ways that were never imaginable.

I always try to encourage people on, “let’s ride the change wave,” powering up our tech skills, fine-tuning emotional intelligence, and always keeping that spark of curiosity alive. How about you? Let’s talk!
